Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7777ck website at 7777ck.net, by registering an account, or by using any gaming, betting, or ancillary service provided by 7777ck, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current version, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotional rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7777ck with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with 7777ck, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is a firm requirement and reflects our commitment to responsible gaming. 7777ck does not knowingly permit access to individuals below this age.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate, syndicated, or representative registrations are not permitted without prior written authorisation from 7777ck.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC for Pakistani nationals), date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.

7777ck reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account with 7777ck at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 7777ck will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify 7777ck immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 7777ck reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity.

7777ck reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct;
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative review.

Deposits and Payments

7777ck accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast/1LINK, Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), and GrabPay. Supported payment methods are subject to change at 7777ck's discretion.

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless imposed by your selected payment method or applicable regulatory requirements.

7777ck does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your 7777ck account. Funds received from unidentified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated 7777ck account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your account has been fully verified through the KYC process;
• The requested withdrawal amount does not include locked Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements;
• No suspicious activity flag is active on your account;
• Withdrawals are directed to the same payment method as your most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been verified by the 7777ck payments team.

7777ck targets a processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timelines are operational targets and 7777ck does not guarantee processing within these periods in all circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification requirements and may be processed in tranches at 7777ck's discretion.

7777ck reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to 30 days in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending completion of an investigation. Users will be notified of any such delay.

Bonuses and Promotions

7777ck offers various promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and tournament entries. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by 7777ck include the following:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility;
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• 7777ck reserves the right to limit the games or bet types that contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment;
• All bonuses are intended for personal use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional structures for financial gain, including through the use of multiple accounts, is bonus abuse and will result in account suspension;
• 7777ck reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to eligible users;
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to Pakistani Rupee account holders and are denominated in PKR.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets at 7777ck are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market, which are published in the 7777ck sportsbook help section. In the event of ambiguity, discrepancy, or dispute regarding the outcome of any market, 7777ck's decision as to the correct settlement shall be final.

All casino games, including live dealer games, RNG-based slots, and the Tower game, are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game's interface. 7777ck does not alter or interfere with certified game outcomes. All RNG games are independently audited and certified for fairness by a recognised third-party testing laboratory.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a bet or game round, 7777ck reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the User's account. No compensation beyond the return of stake will be offered for technical failures.

Bets placed after an event has commenced or after a market has been suspended will be voided. 7777ck employs automated systems to prevent late betting but accepts no liability for bets placed in good faith on an incorrectly open market where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7777ck platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not accessible to normal human users;

• Use 7777ck's name, logo, or brand materials in any commercial context without written authorisation;

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7777ck and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 7777ck's reasonable control;

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7777ck's liability for death or personal injury caused by 7777ck's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The total aggregate liability of 7777ck to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
